Raul Nunez - Performance Improvement Consultant, brings over 20 years of Sales, Management and Training experience to Sales Factor Enterprises (SFE). His career includes sales and management positions with companies in the Telecommunications, Technology and Consulting industries. As an experienced facilitator, he has worked with over 4000 sales professionals worldwide, with clients such as Motorola, Wincor Nixdorf, Exxon Mobil, Cargill, Merrill Lynch, and AT&T. His highly motivational style combined with personal experience has delivered tangible results in the areas of Prospecting, Major Account Selling, Negotiation Skills, and Sales Management Coaching. As a member of the Sales Factor team, Raul will focus building our U.S. client base while also delivering our workshops.

Jessica Ayala - Tampa, FL, Performance Improvement Consultant, for Sales Factor Enterprises has extensive experience in media sales having been in positions with Cox Radio and Stephens Media Group. In the course of her experience clients and managers alike have remarked that Jessica is one of the best salesperson they have ever worked with. “Jessica has initiative, good judgment, high ambition and exceptional dedication to her profession.”  Jessica competitively played Division 1 Softball for the University of Tulsa, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Marketing.

Brian Lane - Vancouver, BC, Performance Improvement Consultant, for Sales Factor Enterprises, has spent the past 28 years in sales and sales management positions with some of North America’s top performing companies. Brian was recruited out of the marketing diploma program at Mohawk College and into the “university of sales”, having worked three years in the Life Insurance business. From there he spent the next 15 years in the retail packaged goods industry, where he won various awards as the top sales performer in Canada. Then, as a personal challenge, he negotiated the purchase of an existing business for $1.00, improved all facets of the business and sold it 10 months later for a profit of $60,000.  His most recent experience was a decade long career in Industrial sales where he spent three years as a National Sales Manager. Brian has a true passion for the sales profession and understands what is required to be successful.

Brent MacLennan - Toronto, ON, Performance Improvement Consultant, has spent the last 28 years in sales, sales training and sales management capacities with the highly competitive logistics industry. Utilizing his divisional sales and operational background from Purolator Courier, Brent was a founding executive member of the Canadian division of RPS Limited, now known as FedEx Ground. Brent is a certified trainer in Wilson Learning, Xerox Professional Sales Skills and in Behavioral Interviewing Techniques from Dr. Herbert Green. Brent holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and an Executive Degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburg Pennsylvania. Since joining Sales Factor as an Associate Partner, Brent has been instrumental in adding Fortune 500 companies, such as Key Equipment Finance, Marks Work Warehouse, Magellan Aerospace and Clublink Canada to Sales Factors client list.

Steven Morein - Montreal, QC, Performance Improvement Consultant, graduated from Concordia University in 1978 and spent the next 21 years in the transportation industry as a Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales and finally as an owner, before selling his rush courier business in 1999. Since then, Steven has been working in sales in the technology field selling enterprise level software, ERP software, EDI Systems, Warehouse Management Systems and Business Intelligence Platforms. Steven credits his career growth to having been fortunate enough to have received training from some of the top sales professionals in North America. 

Steven is excited to represent Sales Factor’s full suite of Performance and Productivity Improvement Programs to sales organizations in the province of Quebec.

Scott Watson - Dallas, TX, Sales Factor’s CMO (Chief Measurement Officer),  has personally designed and implemented more than 800 assessment and measurement projects.   In addition to his measurement work, Scott is a researcher, consultant, writer, conference speaker, and author of the upcoming book, Beyond ROI: The Next Generation of Training Measurement.  He has also authored several white papers, including the most recent, Moving from Training to Transformation.   Scott is a member of the Instructional Systems Association (ISA), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and Association for Services Management International (AFSMI).  He attended Texas Tech University where he earned a graduate degree in communications and management research and has a bachelor's degree in marketing and public relations.
